Shipping Information

Makeup by Wes makes use of Aramex Couriers or The Courier Guys. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R99 for shipping nation wide with a lead time of 1-3 working days for Major Centers and 2-4 working days for Outlying areas. Our shipping does not include insurance and therefore we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur when using this service. Insurance options are available at a cost of 5% of the item value and may be requested upon order. It is your responsibility to liaise with he courier company on any queries using the tracking number that will be sent to you up dispatch of the order. We do not accept any responsibility for late deliveries.

We currently only ship within South Africa, however we may consider shipping internationally with larger orders. Please contact us for further information.

Return Policy

Make up by Wes wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from the Makeup by Wes Online Store. Due to the personal nature of cosmetics, we regret to inform you that no returns are allowed on any cosmetics products unless a genuine defect has been detected with the product. In such instances you are to urgently contact the Makeup by Wes support team for further assistance.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return: 

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

No returns will be accepted for change of mind or due to the incorrect shade or colour being ordered.
